This selection features a milk chocolate bar that has a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness, courtesy of a sprinkling of rare Ishigaki no Shio sun-dried salt on the bottom of the chocolate bar. Ishigaki no Shio sun-dried salt is made from the seawater of Ishigaki Island in Japan.
