This selection features a milk chocolate bar filled with candied almonds and sprinkled with Guérande salt, resulting into a confection with a good balance of sweet and salty tastes complemented with the crunchy texture of savory almonds. Guérande salt is produced traditionally by way of sun-dried sea water at salt farms from the town of Guérande in the Bretagne region of France.
